Thompson Creekside Travel acts solely as an intermediary between our clients and third-party travel suppliers—including, but not limited to, airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and ground-transportation providers. Because all booking funds are ultimately remitted to—or held in trust for—these suppliers, Thompson Creekside Travel does not set, control, or guarantee any refund amounts, timelines, or eligibility criteria. Refunds are governed entirely by the individual supplier’s terms and conditions.

1. General Statement

  • All reservations facilitated by Thompson Creekside Travel are subject to the cancellation, modification, and refund policies of the relevant third-party supplier(s).

  • By confirming a booking through our agency, you acknowledge that any refund requests must comply with the applicable supplier policies, which may be non-refundable, partially refundable, or refundable under specific conditions only.

2. Supplier-Specific Policies

  • Airlines: Refunds (including ticket cancellations, schedule changes, or involuntary downgrades) are processed according to the fare rules and regulations filed by each carrier.

  • Hotels & Resorts: Accommodation refunds depend on the property’s rate plan or promotional terms; many discounted or prepaid rates are non-refundable.

  • Cruise Lines & Tour Operators: Deposits and final payments are generally subject to sliding-scale cancellation penalties that increase as the departure date approaches.

3. Our Role in the Refund Process

  • Upon receiving a written cancellation or refund request from you, Thompson Creekside Travel will submit the request to the relevant supplier(s) on your behalf.

  • We will provide you with any documentation required by the supplier and keep you informed of status updates.

  • Processing Time: Refund issuance (if approved) is solely at the discretion of the supplier and may take several weeks or longer, depending on the entity’s internal procedures, payment systems, and banking cycles.
